Our History: Creative Business Resources, a professional employer organization that provides human resources outsourcing to small and medium-sized businesses in Arizona and the greater Southwest, was founded in 1998 by Michael Tope and has since grown to be one of the top PEOs in Arizona.
Our Culture: CBR is committed to excellent human resource outsourcing services and products through access to knowledgeable and energetic professionals. CBR takes pride in fostering a positive work environment that results in high client and employee retention as well as increased employee productivity.
Benefits: Some of the practices CBR has engaged in to promote a positive work environment include: sponsoring employee outings, bonuses, paid time off to volunteer, awards for innovative ideas and opening up a West Valley office to accommodate a large portion of the staff who live in that part of town.
Company Recognition: Ethics is always at the forefront of CBR business practices, and CBR has been honored for its ethical leadership as a finalist for the Better Business Bureau Ethics Award in 2006 and 2007. CBR also was recently named one of “Arizona’s Companies to Watch” by Arizona Business Magazine.
