BestCompaniesAZ is a valley-based human resources (HR) consulting firm dedicated to helping companies strengthen and build great workplaces. We specialize in organizational human resources assessments, "best practice" benchmarking, employee opinion surveys, HR customer service surveys, HR strategic development, HR marketing, and helping smaller companies set up an HR infrastructure.

How does a company make your list as "best"?
"A company makes the "Best Places to Work" in the Vally list by participating in the "Best Places to Work" program. If a company has 25 or more employees, they qualify to participate.
Durning the month os September, companies deploy a third-party employee engegement survey to be completed. After the deadline, a composite score is calculated by the third-party adn then companies are ranked according to size and overall "favorable" scores from the employee survey."

Other advice and thoughts...
"Often we find companies lack two=way communication. At times a company may be willing to receive employeeinput through employee engagement sureveys, but then do not take time to anyalyze results. However, companies that both deploy surveys and take action have been shown to have a higher level of employee commitment and an increased bottom line. If a compnay's desire is to become a best compnay then listen, learn and take action."
